When we arrived, we stumbled upon ancient olive trees, planted centuries ago and left dormant for decades, patiently awaiting a second chance. Our initial search was simply for a refuge, a place where our family could escape the city’s relentless pace. Yet, as we set foot on this land, our purpose evolved into something far greater: a desire to build a lasting legacy, where multiple generations could unite, nurture the soil, and create a new life in harmony with nature.

La Noria soon transformed from being a simple family haven into a thriving family business, rooted in the desire to produce something lasting and true to its origins. We embraced the challenge of turning this forgotten land into a sustainable farm, committed to creating natural, high-quality products that respect both the environment and local traditions.
