    La Noria Olive Oil is a premium, small-batch extra virgin olive oil crafted from 100% Lechin olives. Each bottle represents the rich history and pristine environment of the Alpujarras, a biosphere reserve of Sierra Nevada mountains in Southern Spain. With a production of only 1,378 bottles for the 23/24 early harvest, this limited-edition oil captures the essence of tradition, finest quality and sustainability.

  • The Land

    La Noria Olive Oil is produced on our family farm in a secluded canyon in the heart of the Alpujarras region. This unique location, at the southern slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountains at >1,000m altitude, offers exceptional growing conditions. The estate is part of a UNESCO-protected biosphere reserve. The combination of Moorish ancient terraced landscapes, natural springs, century-old trees and a diverse microclimate with high sun exposure creates the ideal environment for cultivating premium olives.

  • A Meticulous Process

    The journey from tree to bottle at La Noria is marked by a meticulous process that preserves the pure essence of the olives. Immediately after being handpicked from our centuries-old trees, the olives are transported to an organic-certified mill and cold-pressed within 8 hours of harvest. This rapid, gentle process captures the olives’ natural freshness, vibrant aromas, and healthful polyphenols, resulting in a rich, full-bodied olive oil that truly reflects the quality of its origin. Our olive oil is 100% single estate, one variety (Léchin olives) and exclusively hand-picked at highest Extra Virgin Olive Oil quality.
